Your Accounting Solution LLC was established in 2022 by owner and founder Shannon Cleaveland to help organizations navigate the unique complexities of managing their businesses and to provide quality tax and accounting services to businesses, non-profit organizations, and individuals. We believe that everyone deserves exceptional, accurate and friendly accounting services that create long-term value.

Shannon Cleaveland, CPA
Shannon Cleaveland, Owner and Founder of Your Accounting Solution LLC, is a licensed CPA with nearly 25 years of experience in non-profit accounting, auditing, consulting, and tax preparation. Having dedicated the majority of her career to non-profit organizations, she deeply understands the unique challenges they face. Beyond supporting day-to-day operations, she assists organizations in developing program budgets, meeting grant requirements, and providing leadership with financial reporting and analysis. Shannon values the relationships she builds with her clients and takes pride in helping finance and accounting teams improve efficiency and achieve success.
Before founding Your Accounting Solution LLC in 2022, Shannon held leadership roles as a Controller and CFO in various non-profit organizations, including United Disabilities Services, the Community Action Partnership of Lancaster, and Lancaster Country Day School. Earlier in her career, she worked as a senior accountant and auditor, gaining extensive experience in financial management and reporting.
While Shannon’s commitment to her work is evident, her love for family remains at the heart of everything she does. As a devoted wife, mother of three adult children, stepmother to two, and “Nanny Shanny” to three grandkids, she cherishes every moment spent with her loved ones. In her free time, she enjoys playing golf, dancing, and making lasting memories with her family.
Barb Leese, CPA
Before graduating from Penn State with her accounting degree, Barb spent many years in the restaurant industry. With her natural talent for numbers, she wanted more and decided a CPA career was the perfect next step. What sets her apart as a unique CPA is her blend of 20 years of experience in the accounting industry and a background in hospitality, which allows her to bring a personable, extroverted approach to accounting. Barb joined Your Accounting Solution LLC (YAS) in 2023 and became a partner in 2025. She specializes in Small Business consulting offering comprehensive support to help businesses manage finances, optimize operations, and navigate challenges allowing owners to make informed decisions for growth and sustainability. As a fractional CFO she provides part-time, high-level financial strategy, budgeting, and cash flow management services giving small businesses expert guidance on financial health, tax strategy, and operational improvements, without the cost of full-time CFO. As a tax consultant, her role is to help minimize tax liabilities while ensuring compliance with regulations.
Barb values her relationship with her clients as well as the support of her family. She lives in Lancaster county with the love of her life, her husband and cherishes her relationship with her 4 children and 3 grandchildren.
Delores Olszewskie
Admin Assistant
Delores has several years of experience in finance and customer service working with a diverse range of clients. She is passionate about being positive, solving problems, and building strong relationships with clients.
When she is not working, she enjoys reading and spending time with family and friends.
Emily Vaughan-Geib

Emily graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Social Work. As a valuable member of the team she is a quick learner with a strong work ethic and dedicated to exceeding expectations. Eager to expand upon her knowledge and skills, she is a proactive individual who has a passion for helping others. Emily enjoys making a positive impact within a team setting and continues to contribute to the success of Your Accounting Solution LLC. When not working, Emily cherishes spending time with family and friends, volunteering in her local community or donning an apron and whipping up a new recipe in the kitchen.
